IT SYSTEM ADMIN

SunExpress seeks an experienced, talented, and passionate IT System Admin to focus on critical systems as a high-level individual contributor to a growing IT Service Management Team in SunExpress Antalya Headquarter.

• Minimum two years of Technical University Degree and three years applicable work experience;
• Track record in systems supports for application and system level monitoring for new initiatives as well as steady state support of existing systems.
• Knowledge of airline business systems is a plus.
• Proven ability to effectively and efficiently diagnose an issue and propose or implement a solution.
• Strong customer service skills with high level of professionalism, and ability to work with complex situations.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Applications Operations and Maintenance.
• Update technical and operational documentation and training.
• Experience with the user account creation and management, system logging and auditing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German Language skills are an asset.
• Available to travel %25.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for supporting complex airline operations systems and application solutions.
• He/she is expected to understand customer business unit’s direction, structure, business processes, and requirements.
• Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators.
• Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.
• Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.
• Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
