Projects Department Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, MIS or Computer Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management, experience in retail sector is a strong plus,
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading or managing teams
• Experience in e-transformation projects (e-invoice, e-archive, e-ledger) is a strong plus
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must, German is a plus
• Technical background and experience on IT solutions (ERP, UBL, .net, SQL, XML, HTML, SOAP)
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies and project & software lifecycle
• Experience with IT Service Integrator Model, contract negotiations and service contracts
• A good project team leader as well as a team player
• Well organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and to manage time effectively
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Self motivation in completing projects and producing results
• Effective and constructive communication with all business units to ensure efficient project management
• Ability to translate technical information into understandable terms for non-IT colleagues
• For male candidates, military service should be completed 

İŞ TANIMI

• Leading, guiding and providing technical expertise to a team of project managers and specialists to ensure the highest service level to internal and external customers
• Planning and execution of the projects within defined deadlines, quality and budget constraints
• Manage project dependencies, priorities and issues
• Track project activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations
• Understanding business processes and business requirements of the departments and translating them into specific software requirements
• Leading local project team in international projects
• Managing internal and external service providers
• Monitoring of successful and timely delivery of projects
• Follow up process reviews and documentation
• Preparing test scenarios, coordinating & conducting user acceptance tests
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working environment in projects
• Handle multiple and parallel projects
