Credit Risk Senior Analyst

We are seeking a Credit Risk Senior Analyst with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team

responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Finance Risk Management Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

• Application Vetting and Credit Modeling
  • Develop, implement and run vetting systems to evaluate applications for post-pay customers
  • Develop, implement and maintain credit data marts for modeling and reporting
  • Develop predictive credit scoring & application vetting models based on behavioral, application and external data
  • Revise and update the models periodically
  • Maintain existing systems up & running to ensure their proper and accurate functioning
  • Perform leakage controls periodically
• High Usage & Bill Shock Management
  • Manage High Usage & Bill shock systems
  • Develop & update high usage and bill shock credit models regularly
  • Manage the intervention system and team in coordination with Customer Operations.
• Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc performance reports for credit scoring, application vetting and alerting systems.
  • Perform analysis and propose actions to mitigate bad debt
• Project management
  • Develop new projects to enhance vetting systems
  • Prepare and follow-up IT requests
  • Prepare analysis for business cases
  • Support IT project managers during project execution
  • Prepare RFI and RFP documents in SCM process
  • Perform vendor evaluations in SCM process
  • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test)
