Graduated form engineering departments
High comminication skills at all levels
Minimum 3 years of maintenance&rollout experience and subcontractor management
Stakeholder management
Strong analytical thinking ability
Planning and organization
Good knowledge on Rollout procedures and processes

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Field Operations Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Field Operations Sn.Specialist of Vodafone Turkey.

Managing Regional Maintenance&Rolluout Projects by plan, execute , monitor& control and conclude site roll-out in Region in accordance with the Yearly-Monthly Investment Plans and Goals.
Coordinate site sharing activities in Region with other operators and inform & feedback Site Sharing Management.
Direct various transmission projects and site revisions in Region RAN Network through subcontractor and stakeholder management
Manage material flow of the projects; from Central Depos to the RegionalSolution Partner Depos and into the Network.
Resolving issues, providing preventive mechanisms and improving work processes in all projects managed.
Do re-work projects for existing sites
Managing site deployment and acceptance processes
Coordinating with Central Mainrtenance&Rollout Departmants according to Rollout project objectives & targets
Preparing Risk Assessments and taking necessary actions for Maintenance&Rollout project
