•    3+ years experiences in a Billing and/or service operations 
•    Technical background of Billing infrastructure, technologies, products and services 
•    Mobile telecommunications industry IT applications knowledge. 
•    Thinking analytical and be eligible in team working. 
•    Responsibility, Self-respect and self-reliance 
•    Ability to establish and maintain good working relations with people of 
•    different national and cultural backgrounds 
•    Positive and optimistic approach to activities, people, events 
•    Problem-solving attitude 
•    Base understanding of Telecommunications principals, GSM, GPRS, 3G is essential. 
•    Having knowledge of Billing,Charging,Invoicing systems. 
•    Having knowledge of Unix administration, Unix shell scripting, SQL and ORACLE PLSQL. 
•    Having strong analytical skills


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an Invoicing&Collection Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Invoicing&Collection Service Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:
  • Accountable for technical integration of new and existing products & services in line with agreed project  quality & time constraints. Responsible for deployment of packaged projects from both internal & 3rd party development teams, delivering high quality projects.
  • Responsible for the maintaining the specific products on live systems and assure the system is up and running 7/24 in means of functional and performance.
  • Continuous Integration assurance activities enabling the transition of planned changes to Live Billing Products.
  • To ensure the successful  ongoing operation and coordination on related Billing Services.
  • To have end to end ownership of the VODAFONE Billing experience, the quality of service performance and the processes supporting the product/service
  • Provide the acceptance of changes to platforms, technology products or services from suppliers and partners ensuring compliance to Vodafone acceptance criteria. 
  • Performance manage in a commercial framework Vodafone and third party support providers to ensure platform, hardware, application and content meets the specified end to end availability & performance levels. 
  • Ownership of the product and/or service functionality to ensure it meets the desired customer experience and operational needs for performance management and reporting. 
  • Ensure that business processes to support and manage the service are developed, rolled out and are not impacted adversely by any changes to the product or service 
  • Introduce Best Practice Policies and Guidelines relating to Products, Desktops, Licensing and Platforms for our Partners and the Vodafone Business to deliver and operate within.
  • Responsible of daily operational activities and availability of systems
  • Work with business users to solve system/service issues and remove recurring problems and irritants via improvement programs and incremental change.
  • Deployment of new products and services
  • Performance tuning of applications to ensure business needs and agreed SLAs are met
  • Implementing change management processes and user requests
  • Manage processes to minimise irritants to customers and business uers. These should include:
  • Ensuring processes are in place and adequate around vendor and partner support agreements
  • Holding partners and vendors accountable against SLA’s for your product and/or services 
  • Escalation and communication processes and when these are activated 
  • Management of lifecycle of relevant support systems in conjunction with business engagement group. 
  • Knowledge Management – Ensure that the partners keep relevant documentation and procedures manuals up to date. 
  • Responsible of KPI performance across the service business owner. 
  • Responsible for reporting to stakeholders on product performance and supplier/partner performance. 
  • Provide regular feedback on issues and improvements to partner and supplier managers (PRMs)
