QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The accountabilities of this role are:
To manage Mobile Payment business, to execute full product life cycle of mobile financial services, to establish partnership agreements, to work on a new mobile financial processing platform with financial institutions and to enrich customers financial operations such as money transfers and transport with mobile technologies
- Experience in related field (5-6 years)
- Experience in Finance, Mobile Finance or Banking (esp. in consumer banking,cash management services or mobile payment services, strong financial knowledge, consumer banking, merchant relations, commissions, POS, VPOS knowledge Experience in Business Development and Product Management
- Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
- Project management and analytical thinking skills
- Multi-task management
- Attention to detail
- Strong commercial awareness
- Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing start-up business field
- Problem solving & decision making
- Results-driven and delivery-focused
- Cross functional team leadership, high drive and high ownership motivation

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Mobile Financial Services Senior Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Mobile Financial Services Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.The accountabilities of this role are:
To manage Mobile Payment business, to execute full product life cycle of mobile financial services, to establish partnership agreements, to work on a new mobile financial processing platform with financial institutions and to enrich customers financial operations such as money transfers and transport with mobile technologies
- Improve existing mobile payment service; increase penetration, revenue, ROI and usage
- Manage mobile payment eco-system, develop commercial models and focus on business development activities
- Meet the revenue, profitability and usage targets for all services that are under his/her management
- Lead the business plan project, work with the project team
- Develop new features & business models as well as customer experience
- Realize the product roadmap that showcases continuous innovation.
- Provide inputs to Vodafone Turkey’s budgeting and forecasting
- Closely watch market trends, Vodafone Group, other Vodafone markets, monitor competitors and emerging technologies to create competitive analysis reports to help product/senior managers promptly respond in order to ensure that the Vodafone Turkey’s products and services stay ahead of the curve.
- Designing the end to end processes, functions and interfaces combined with the excellent user experience and convenient reach of mobile transactions.
- Working closely with platform engineering, product design, marketing and brand teams throughout the company to define the payment products that customers use to reach mobile financial services.
- Understands the business requirements of the product to provide input to technical team.
