Manpower Professional

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Accounting/Finance,
• Minimum 7-10 years accounting experience in the automotive industry, specifically Tier 1 supplier experience with the OEM’s,
• Plant Controller experience in manufacturing, material/costing background,
• Strong experience in creating/reviewing annual/monthly/weekly budgets and forecasts,
• Experience in month closing process, journal entry processing, financial statement preparation, variance analysis,
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook soft, MFG PRO/QAD or similar ERP experience,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Analytic and problem solver,
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time with urgency and confidentially,
• Willing to work a very demanding and flexible schedule,
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Able to residence in Sakarya.

İŞ TANIMI

• Overall financial responsibility for the operations and all other related activities at the plant, while holding your local team accountable to the results,
• Monthly financial reporting and financial analysis to the Senior Leadership group,
• Update and track plant “dashboards”,
• Daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting to your local team as well as to the Corporate offices,
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly/weekly forecasts and analyze variance to each on a month to month basis,
• Oversee all functions of G/L, A/R, A/P, Oversight of Payroll, Production and Non Production Purchasing,
• Monitor and manage all aspects of the plant’s perpetual inventories to ensure no shortages occur,
• Lead the monthly physical inventories,
• Monitor customer driven Engineering Changes to ensure no negative financial issues result from the change,
• Monitor material directed-buy supplier contracts align with customer contracts to ensure no negative financial issues result,
• Participate in layered/internal audits to Company’s Business Systems.
