UNILEVER

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities
• 5+ years hands on SAP customization experience in SAP ECC or SAP APO
• Very good understanding of SAP Functionality
• Experience in the engagement of key, senior level stakeholders, along with proven ability to influence and manage relationships with those stakeholders
• Basic understanding of ITIL procedures
• Excellent command of English
• Very good knowledge and solid experience at least one of the expertises stated below;
  • Plan (SAP APO module)
  • Make ( SAP PP, PM,QM modules)
  • Finance (SAP FI, COPA, COPC modules, Financial forecasting)
  • Warehousing (SAP WM & EWM modules)
  • Programming (SAP ABAP)
  • Technical Performance (SAP Basis )
  • Release (Release and Change Management)
  • Transport Management (Oracle Transport Management Module)

İŞ TANIMI

• Support Business Partners and Global SMEs in clarifying business requirements, developing appropriate high level designs, costs and time estimates for the production of high quality project Charters
• Support Global SMEs in the landing of Global projects in to U2K2 landscape.
• Interpret the standards and design principles set by the Global SMEs and make sure that they are adhered to in Landscape projects
• Support the Application Landscape for the functional area, driving application convergence as required (Local > Regional > Global)
• Help develop, maintain and enforce detailed design guidelines describing how each component of the IT landscape will be used  
• Develop/Review/QA functional specification and conceptual design documents
• Perform post go-live reviews to ensure IT design and process issues are captured for learning and future improvement
• Help agree priority and own sequence of changes and linkage to specific releases; identify synergies between projects and change requests in similar process areas for more effective delivery.
• Help drive simplification to support the lowest possible TCO for each component in the systems landscape
• Perform continuous improvement cycles for their area to improve performance, system utilisation, usability and stability
• Proactively review the system behaviour and recommend preventative actions to avoid potential problems
• Proactively review SAP early watch reports and Solution Manager to identify potential future problems and raise projects to address them
• Provide assistance in resolution of complex incidents
• Monitor the effectiveness of the support provided to the countries and guide support staff for faster and better support to the countries
