Embedded HW Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electronics Engineering (Master or Ph.D. is preferred),
• Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded hardware design,
• Having experience in embedded hardware design especially on ARM Cortex M0/M4/M7 series microcontrollers including strong embedded security features with appropriate cryptographic ICs,   
• Strong knowledge of technology roadmaps of the company about microcontrollers and embedded hardware infrastructure,
• Having experience in power supply design, especially SMPS,
• Having experience in schematic and PCB design with Altium,
• Having experience in productivity standards for an embedded hardware,
• Strong knowledge of managing embedded hardware design projects with appropriate project leadership principles,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,

Arçelik A.Ş. is looking for an Engineer - R&D (Embedded HW Specialist) who will work for R&D Directorate.

• Being responsible for Arçelik’s embedded hardware design’s for new generation IoT enabled home appliance electronic control systems which are being produced more than 15M a year for more than 130 countries,
• To research about new technologies and new generations of hardware solutions from all the similar sectors like white goods, automotive, military, industrial applications,
• Designing user interfaces with low-cost TFT screens for new generation user interfaces,
• Making technology scouting for new technologies in these areas,
• Defining technology roadmaps of the company about microcontrollers and embedded hardware infrastructure,
• Making theoretical design and simulations with Spice, Matlab, etc.,
• Managing embedded hardware design projects with appropriate project leadership principles.
