QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Competencies:
  • Technical Competencies:
            - Engineer, with good understanding of physical / mechanical topics,
            - Experience in packaging,
            - Understand customer / consumer.
 
 
  • General competencies:
           -Openness build strong confidence relations with interlocutors –team player
            in a multi-competencies environment,
           -Recognized leader,
           -Able to efficiently deliver short term and build mid/long term vision and plans,
           -Curious, challenging,
           -Like technique and wants to learn more,
           -Understand and integrate ""broader picture"" in daily work,
  •   Min 5 years of experience in R&D packaging. 
 
Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:
 
  • English is mandatory,
  • Frequent travels: in plants, suppliers and abroad in Danone,
  • Male/female,
  • Driving licence.


İŞ TANIMI

Main Responsibilities:

 Promotes innovation:
  • Understand business, competition, the role of innovation and proposes some,
  • Follows technical evolutions / innovations in packaging,
  • Follow / track competition, innovations in beverages industry,
  • Detect opportunities and promote them in the company,
  • Integrates consumer understanding in daily action.
Is the packaging referent in the company:
 
  • Develop and deliver inno projects, as coleader w marketing,
  • Delivers  homologation / cost savings / quality improvement projects,
  • Has a clear vision on quality linked to pack, supports other functions,
  • Sit in project meetings and lead the technical discussion,
  • Ensure project management methodology of the company is applied, coatches pairs for it.
 
  • Creates and develop the packaging network of the company(suppliers, danone colleagues, external labs.),?
  • Manages the specifications for R&D pack,
  • Is a team player in daily action and facilitates collaborations.
 
Key Measures & Performance Indicators:
  • Quality of execution in the field,
  • Alignment of team on results and next steps,
  • Collaboration with environment (suppliers, marketing, operations, central Danone R&D ...),
  • For each project, steps are clear, shared and homologation are delivered in time.

Preferred Candidate

More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
