• University degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering etc.) with Marketing and/or Marketing Communication focus will be preferred
• MBA degree is an asset
• Fluency in English is a must
• Willing to travel frequent in Turkey and occasionally outside (mainly to the Netherlands)
• Around 5 years of experience in related field (covering; understanding of analyses, defining the marketing strategies and solutions for assortment, pricing, positioning, channel strategies in respective field) will be preferred.
• Strong influencing and communication skills, able to collaborate, and also lead the team and stakeholder effectively
• Competency in MS Office “excel”, with developed reporting skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Drive development of Marketing and Sales long term country strategy, Marketing and Sales tactical & operational country plan (incl. GtM / channel mgmt), translate crop strategies in the country, and challenge crop marketing specialist if the strategy is not right/applicable
• Support and challenge the Country Sales Manager, monitor country strategy implementation (Operational Marketing Plan, business plan)
• Advice and support implementation of price building in the country respecting crop pricing strategies, supporting and challenging the Crop Sales Manager, and Crop Marketers
• Drive customer / partner segmentation for respective country
• Implement crop marketing strategy in the country, and challenge crop marketing specialist if the strategy is not right/applicable
• Fine tune global crop communication and implement them through third party or BCS-Crop Protection country organizations
• Activate the brand for local market, prepare and implement country Marcom plan: Brand promotion, Seeds Fair, Customers meeting, etc
• Actively support key field marketing activities, design and plan new variety launch event together with crop marketing specialist
• Check with legal in the country to make sure all our promotion material and activities are following the local laws and regulations
• Collect, interpret, and translate country specific market & competitor intel into planning (analysis, follow up)
• Share market & competitor information with M&CI unit, take actions if necessary to change our OMP
• Maintain interfaces with local CP marketing
• Frequent communication with other marketing specialists, Crop Sales Managers, Country Sales Manager, and make alignment on any of the marketing aspect in the country
