Medical Purchasing Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments (Master’s degree in Social Sciences is an asset)
• 2 years of experience in medical purchasing management role of at least 5 years total experience
• Very good at motivation-driven management, following operations and reporting
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Good presentation skills
• High level of proficiency and systems experience with ERP Systems, Microsoft Office (Oracle ERP experience is an asset)
• Excellent negotiation skills, contract management and competitive bidding knowledge and skills are essential,

İŞ TANIMI

• Supervising the medical purchasing team,
• Following operations, creating and designing reports, increasing the human resources efficiency,
• Organizing employees’ KPI cards, new employee’s orientations,
• Represent the department in commission meetings,
• Defining and evaluating KPI’s for suppliers as well as assessing supplier performance,
• Following latency time of requests on ERP system and perform the sourcing and negotiation for supply of the medical services & goods & investments,
• Getting offer from suppliers, negotiating with suppliers, creating comparison tables and sending the purchasing orders for approval. Apply procedures to all kind of medical services, supplies and investments
• Creating, editing and managing the contracts. Checking the drafts of contracts,
• Following all steps between from requisition to on time delivery process, ensure about all process is smoothly done and match with internal customer needs,
• Managing supplier relationships, including supplier selection, development, negotiation and management of contracts and monitoring compliance with contracts, agreements, terms and conditions,
• Analyzing, researching and reporting on market data, global influences and market moves that impact the business, assessing competition and seeking cost effective alternatives,
• Leading and managing the purchasing process, coordinating the activities and the actors during the process (business owners, suppliers, implementers etc.)
• Providing on-time delivery to accounting department for troubled invoices.
