GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

  • Significant experience in HR roles, preferably gained in large, multinational environment or telecommunications environment

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Talent and Employer Branding Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Talent  Senior Manager of  Vodafone Turkey

 

Managing University Relations & PR Activities :

 

  • Manage all University relations, Programs  and HR PR Actitivies for Vodafone Turkey
  • Hold periodical meetings with the business units regarding the projects that could be carried out at the universities in line with their strategic priorities
  • Carry out joint projects  working closely with relevant functions (certificate programs, Vodafone sponsored classes, competitions etc.) with the national and international universities in line with the strategic priorities of the business units
  • Plan & arrange university visits to  promote & raise awareness of Discover Program (yearly)

 

Management of Discover Program:

 

  • Define yearly Discover needs based on requests collected by HRBPs  from line managers
  • Manage selection and asessment  process of   Discovers
  • Perform onboarding & Rotation activities of Discovers and organize Discover orientation program (together with Red Academy)
  • Manage development follow-up of Discovers (regular meetings, career plans, move support etc)

 

Management of Columbus Program:

 

  • Manage governance and communication of Columbus process and candidates
  • Communicate and perform preselection (eligibility check) of candidates that have applied to Columbus Program and evaluate & select Columbus candidates by arranging Assessment Center
  • Guide HRBPs in mentor selection & communication of Columbus
  • Act as a SPOC for Diversity & Inclusion related expectations from HR working closely with D&I Director
  • Ensure all HR processes are aligned with Diversity & Inclusion
  • Support  Red Academy on developing Diversity & Inclusion trainings within the company
  • Monitor Diversity & Inclusion related KPIs (e.g. Recruitment, Turnover)
  • Act as a SPOC for Global Employer Branding Project (Focus Group Analysis, Online Survey, EVP etc) enable implementation of required actions at VF Turkey
  • Plan and conduct university events, implement employer branding projects that will strengthen industry-university relationships (e.g. Data Everywhere, Technical Visits, Sponsorship, Mobile Class etc)
  • Ensure representation of VF Turkey in critical events by supplying keynote speakers (e.g. Digital HR)
  • Seek & arrange sponsorship deals for key events (e.g. TEGEP, MCT HR Summit)
  • Ensure effective management of VF Turkey HR brand internally and externally (through visuals, announcements, leaflets, news releases, press communications etc.) working closely with the relevant functions (PR, internal communications etc.)
