For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘Project Finance Manager’ to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.
 
Role of Project Finance Managers
 
Project Finance Manager will undertake all the necessary activities for meeting the funding requirement for projects being undertaken by Yıldırım Holding, including projects already acquired as well as those under bidding/development. Working with the senior management of Structured Finance Director; liaise with banks, financial institutions, PE funds to ensure timely availability of financing for projects at the most competitive terms.
 
What are we looking for in Project Finance Managers?
 

• Between 7 and 10 years’ professional experience in Project Finance; preferably in financing of port / mining / energy projects shall be an advantage,
• Particularly strong financial modelling skills,
• Knowledge of project finance documentation and experience of financial closing work (either as project developer or as lender) is essential,
• Passion for working in the port / mining / energy sector and focus on long-term shareholder value creation,
• Result-oriented approach with hands-on execution capability,
• Excellent command of verbal and written English,
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Applications,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

Specifically, you will:

• Prepare comprehensive financial models for various projects to deliver cash flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment and return analysis,
• Work closely with the project finance team team to identify, analyse and execute the most optimum financing solution for projects,
• Coordinate with finance providers on due diligence, term sheet negotiations and documentation,
• Work with project teams to ensure timely compliance with all conditions precedent and other obligations,
• Coordinate the drawdown/repayment formalities for debt facilities,
• Support senior management of Structured Finance Director on various financing related matters on an on-going basis,
• Perpetuation of relationship with foreign banks, legal and technical advisors.
