We are currently looking for Consruction Team Leader to join our New Projects Team. The position will be based on Gölcük/Kocaeli and candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years professional experience in similar field.
• Advanced level of English, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Organised and flexible.
• Able and willing to travel.
• Planning and coordination skills and ability to use initiative to make decisions.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, technical drawings and MS Office Applications.

İŞ TANIMI

• To prepare the necessary feasibility studies of the investment projects which was planned.
• Managing the architectural, static and infrastructure projects drawings in accordance with the process needs and check compatibility of projects.
• Directly manage the work of outside consultants, contractors, vendors, and equipment/signage suppliers related to new projects.
• Select qualified contractors for competitive bidding/tendering, review and qualify bids, award the work and directly supervise the performance of the contractor throughout the project.
• To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the quality and overall project plan.
• To ensure that the standards and material specifications specified in the projects during the application phase.
• Closely manage the documentation of all project-related material, including bid documents, schedules, invoices/payment requests, permits, etc.
• To make provisional acceptance of the completed construction works together with the contractor and deliver it to the operation in perfect condition.
• Making negotiations with the official institutions and local governments necessary for the construction of investment projects.
