• University degree in Computer Science, MIS or related fields,
• Fluent English knowledge is a must, German knowledge is an asset,
• Excellent communication skills with international business departments in order to give support and guidance,
• At least 3 years experience in Java development and / or IT Product Management,
• Good understanding of client / server technologies
• Familiarity with following technologies will be an asset: RESTful web services, XML(DTD, XSLT) Mobile Technology platform and frameworks, SOAP, JMETER, SQL,
• Experience with virtual teams in global companies will be an asset,
• Team player, self-managed, assertive, able to work under pressure,
• Skilled in organizing and managing complexity,
• No restriction to travel abroad,
• Completed / exempted military service

İŞ TANIMI

• Work closely with international business departments to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues (incident solving / management),
• Analyze problems and business cases to determine required solutions,
• Ensure stable operation of applications (Performing upgrades, log monitoring, deployments and other maintenance tasks),
• Plan versions and roadmap for product with business departments,
• Understand and coordinate development of business requirements with internal and / or external partners for Change Requests from business departments and for eliminating bugs / problems (as Change Coordinator & Problem Manager),
• Plan Product Costs / Budget / Charging,
• Participate in global projects,
• Cooperation / responsibility for change requests, maintenance operations, support, helpdesk work in Product Information,
• Provide daily application support and consultancy directly to business departments.
