E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Our client which is a leading company in retail industry is looking for an “E-Commerce Operations Specialist” with the following requirements:

• BA degree from a related department
• Min. 2 years of e-commerce experience
• Perfect command of written and spoken English
• Experience in multinational companies,
• Technically aware (understands e-commerce and mobile app infrastructures and server architecture)
• Ability work with third parties and other functions within the company
• Ability to follow world-wide trends in e-commerce and online retail

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for daily operations of eCommerce website and acts as first point of contact: from well-functioning of the system to customer complaints in cooperation with relevant departments
• Responsible for well-functioning, security and maintenance of eCommerce site and mobile app in cooperation with IT team and software development agency
• Responsible for monitoring of website and mobile app Content management: working with Senior Content Specialist
• Define and execute the user experience, capturing requirements from business & customers
• Responsible for implementation of new features and design revisions (coming from Global team) in cooperation with software development agency
• Responsible for monitoring SEO and website traffic performance in cooperation with reporting specialist and providing feedbacks for areas of development
• Contributing the development of new eCommerce and E-Commerce projects, new features etc
