İŞ TANIMI

• Supporting Internal Customers, Suppliers and Business Partners in terms of business process,
• Monitoring the quality of purchasing orders and their compliance with the procedures of BSH,
• Creates, sends and updates purchase orders and verifies order confirmations,

• Single) Point of contact for BSH requestors at BSH TR, suppliers and business partners for ordering system and PO related issues,
• Order Processing (incl. order data clearing) according specification,
• Chooses the supplier and negotiates the procurement conditions within certain value of the order ,
• Provides information, solves technical problems and reports them to IT, examines and explains the complaints,
• Provides the vendors with the information about possibilities of cooperation with BSH,
• Participates in the roll-in project analysing the current situation, conducting trainings for the users of ESPRESSO system, prepares training materials,

• Catalogue management,
• Support achievement of global IC targets.
• Execution of the material group sourcing strategy by Implementing the defined framework and standards used for pooling in BSH.
