Engineering Manager

• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science & Engineering,
• Having at least 5+ years of experience in team and department management at international companies,
• Managerial skills relating to the ability to lead cross-functional teams and interpersonal skills to motivate individuals/teams,
• Knowledge of Project Management & Quality Tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Problem Solving Methods, 6-Sigma),
• Solid experience in first product launch, production process development and standardization,
• Willingness to work within flexible working hours in dynamic and international platform,
• Strong organizational and communication skills,
• Proficiency in English (must) and German (Preferred),
• No restriction to travel .

İŞ TANIMI

• Lead the project teams and fulfill supporting management requirements, escalation of issues with internal teams,supporting the team in resolving challenging technical issues, and task management,
• Deployment of company targets into engineering teams and follow-up department KPIs,
• Support Engineering organization by actively leading, growing and motivating team members,
• Launch of new projects in cross-functional cooperation by working with Program Management, Quality, Production and R&D,
• Respond to technical process design and engineering challenges and provide cost effective solutions,
• Production Support for series projects,
• Implement and Follow-up Engineering Cost Out Projects (Cost, Quality, Delivery, EHS),
• Support Central Engineering Team in ECM & BOM Management,
• Improvement of Engineering Department work flows and procedures.
