Technical Antenna Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Antenna Engineer in fast changing & dynamic organisation;

• 3-4 years experience about technical, quality and / or manufacturing engineering
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Ability to communicate, organise and work with in team
• Customer focused attitude  
• Self motivated and challenge the business with high energy
• Excellent cooperation skills with analytical skills
• Having sense of detail and able take initiative and responsibility
• Collaborate with different disciplines and departments

İŞ TANIMI

• Lead the industrial implementations of PEP (product evolution process) at the plant and contribute to product-process problem resolution
• Contribute to improve reactivity to solve customer (CCMP) and manufacturing issues
• Follow up local action plan for product and report to CE (continuous engineering). Ask for CE contribution, if necessary
• Technically assess the request and proceed PCR (product change request), if needed. Report PEP implementations at BOC
• Contribute to improve the product-process quality and productivity through local projects and propose product technical evolution to CE
• Ensure compliance of the products manufactured to the Product Definition File
• Leader of  related topic in Schneider Production System
