UNILEVER

• University degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Minimum 3 years experience within R&D
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Leading the R&D activities related to the cost-effective implementation of Innovation, Renovation, Line Extension and/or Cost Optimizations projects that are under this position area of responsibility, in line with business, consumer needs and regulations
• Ensuring the On-Time-In-Full  delivery of the product development tasks in agreed business projects within the Deodorant portfolio and with a focus on technology and processing aspects
• Following and understanding new product and technologies
• Technical Management of innovation projects
• Calculating and evaluating cost structure of existing and new products
• Planning, coordinating & leading lab and pilot plant works of his/her projects
• Deployment of Process designs to enable increased capability, flexibility and efficiency in factories
• Planning, coordinating and implementing factory trials of new products under his/her responsibility
• Regulatory  checks and PIF document preparation
• Supporting Portfolio development
• Following up innovation budget under his/her responsibility
• Participating in cross-functional project teams, taking the lead in guiding the team on formulation & process development activitie
• Writing technical reports and compilation of product and process specifications
