• Developing products in different therapy groups of sufficient quality for export to regulated markets in addition to domestic market,
• Reducing drug import and therefore expense incurred due to drug import, by developing required products through coordinated operation with universities and government and keeping this within the country,
• When required, making improvements to enhance quality of our current products,
• Using new and efficient technology for both developing new product and enhancing the quality of current products,
• Increasing availability of product by proving through shelf-life extension studies that product’s safety, efficacy and quality do not change,
• Increasing University-Industry coorperation.

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Administrative Sciences
• Max 2 years work experience preferably in pharmaceutical sector
• Knowledge in project management methodologies and standards
• Ability to use project management tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Result and solution oriented
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge in SAP, MS Office and MS Project programs
• Living in or willing to relocate to Çerkezköy or around
• Driving licence class B and active driving experience

• COMMUNICATE REGULAR UPDATES ON R&D PROJECT STATUS TO PROJECT HOUSE CHIEF AND MANAGER
• COMPILE MS PROJECT PLANS FOR ASSIGNED PROJECTS WHILE ATTAINING MILESTONES AND DELIVERABLES TO EACH PROJECT 
• COORDINATE PROJECT TEAM MEETINGS
• KEEP R&D PROJECTS DATABASE SYSTEM UP TO DATE.
• COORDINATE WITH BUSINESS UNITS, ADVANCED OPERATIONS, AND FUNCTIONAL LEADERS AS NEEDED TO ENSURE SPECIFIC COST, TIME AND/OR REGULATORY STANDARDS ARE MET.
• MONITOR AND CONTROL PROGRESS OF PROJECTS TO PROVIDE TO ENSURE PROMISED TIMELINES TO MANAGEMENT ARE MET.
• REPORTING OF THE LAST STATUS OF THE PROJECTS TO THE R&D MANAGEMENT.
• COORDINATE WITH THE RELATED INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MATERIAL/MACHINERY THROUGH SAP.
