· Graduates from Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineeringor equivalent disciplines
· Knowledge of TCP/IP and network concepts
· Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communications Solutions
· Knowledge of IP Telephony, VoIP, IP Contact Center, network design, voice and data network integration.
· Basic knowledge of software design and programming principles.
· Basic knowledge and experience on one or more programming language(s), preferably Java.
· Preferably having CCNA and/or CCNP certifications
· Preferably having certifications and training on IP telephony applications
· Preferably having at least 1 year hands-on experience on the subject

İŞ TANIMI
· Designing, implementing and/or developing voice and collaboration solutions for customers.
· Providing ongoing support, configuration and maintenance for the voice network infrastructures for corporate facilities.
· Performing systems analysis, monitoring, debugging and administering applications.
· Identifying and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
· Working with customers, vendors, and other technical staff for problem resolution.
· Conducting research and bringing new ideas on providing voice & collaboration related solutions and services for customers.
