Environmental Health & Safety Manager

L'Oréal Türkiye

• 4 years’ university degree in Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience of which 4 years’ in a managerial position, preferably in FMCG
• Advanced experience on safety and environment applications and legislations
• Safety Certificate is preferred
• Technical skills in terms of facility management and cultural change management
• Transversal Management Skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• High analytical thinking and problem solving skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensure the safety of all employees in the plant located in Esenyurt
• Implement the "0 accident" safety culture and increase the awareness on safety
• Ensure all plant activities in line with safety and environment legislations and company rules
• Develop and perform training on the Facility & Safety Management, methodology, system and tools
• Emergency escape management : signalization / tests
• Improve safety and environment KPIs
• Improve facilities and utilities according to required standards
• Repair, maintain and follow the conditions of all water storage tanks and water systems, electrical systems, air systems, building conditions and maintenances in all open and closed areas of facility
• Design and lead projects to reduce energy consumptions, wastes etc.
• Prepare and manage the yearly budget of the department
• Manage and improve the skills of the team
