QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Call Center Operations Manager and reliable team member who will work in İzmir.

Skills and Experience required:
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish, English and German
  • Minimum seven years’ call center experience in management levels. Must have actively managed inbound operations. Ample knowledge and understanding in all call center management disciplines
  • Strongly preferred if the person was involved in managing call center outsourced relations or has worked in call center outsource companies
  • Analytical; must have process-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of customer service techniques and negotiation skills, as well as excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Core competencies of communication, leadership, ability to drive change, innovative outlook and problem analysis
  • Must have the ability to work independently as well as having excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working in a pressurized, dynamic and target-driven environment / workplace
  • Have a high-stress tolerance with an ability to solve problems


İŞ TANIMI

The position of Call Center Manager is an exciting opportunity for a proven call center leader with prior experience in a leading and growing organization. The Call Center Manager will be directly responsible for overseeing and ensuring smooth and efficient operations and for the enhancement of profitability and productivity at our new contact center locations in Izmir.

The operations are currently outsourced to two prominent call center companies located in İzmir. The person will predominately be responsible for the operational management of these two organizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that contractual obligation and overall KPIs are met and sustained
  • If deviations occur, ensure timely corrective measures are taken 
  • Evaluate performance with the main metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time, etc.)
  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology, etc.)
  • Collect and analyze call center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics, etc.)
  • Ensure sales through the call center are maintained and increased
  • Assume responsibility budgeting and tracking expenses
  • Ensure relevant processes and procedures while running operations are produced and outsource companies adhere to them
  • Ensure quality is at its highest level and audit when necessary
  • Monitor and improve sales, telephone handling, and other procedures

More than 7 years of experience
