Bayer

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Commerce, MIS from a reputable university, MBA is a plus,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, business analytics / intelligence, market research, marketing support or business excellence functions,
• Fluency in written and verbal English,
• Ability to use MS Office programs,
• No military service obligation for male candidates,

İŞ TANIMI

• Serve as the primary business partner to Business Unit and product management
• Generate market and business insights through research and analytics to enable high quality business decisions
  • Closely monitor the developments in healthcare market landscape and the operating markets, and share these market insights within the company
  • Prepare BU specific reports, reports related with Turkey healthcare market and Bayer Pharma’s performance both on a periodic and ad-hoc basis, rich of market insights to guide management team and business units to take relevant actions
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative primary market research studies tailor-made to answer relevant business questions and to guide the formulation of marketing strategies
• Guide and support marketers on the Bayer Way of Marketing
  • Manage the Marketing Excellence framework and support the business units in the implementation of Marketing Excellence concept and tools
  • Give active support to the business units in forecasting of operational markets and Bayer Pharma products during brand plan process
• Embed the Marketing Excellence framework into daily operations by leading / supporting various marketing projects and organizational enablers
  • Identify and secure the necessary resources to support a project
  • Balance priorities and multiple teams and initiatives
