QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
  • 3-5 years of digital advertising experience,
  • Experience in buying and managing cross-platform digital advertising programs, utilizing various assets including display, video and mobile,
  • Excellent presentation skills,
  • Understanding of multi-channel attribution modeling and building relevant attribution models for Arçelik brands,
  • Experience in managing awareness (branding or message) and acquisition programs,
  • Experience in working with an ad-serving platform,
  • Understanding of search engine marketing space and social media platforms,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Understanding needs of the market & customer,
  • Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
  • Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
  • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
  • Building collaboration,
  • Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

The position is located in Sütlüce.

İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist – Media Planning & Strategy who will work for Brand & Consumer Insights Directorate.
  • Provide expert counsel and guidance to local markets on digital media advertising strategies,
  • Synthesize digital media research, reports and trends to inform and create compelling media POVs and recommendations based on target audiences and brand goals,
  • Develop and persuasively present digital media recommendations / playbooks to Arçelik’s International markets,
  • Manage global campaigns’ media planning and buying needs, including delivering creative specs to vendors, facilitating payment to vendors, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize to achieve objectives, and analyze and report results,
  • Understand the value and role of evolving digital platform, and stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and targeting techniques in order to continually enhance digital media plans and campaign performance,
  • Develop strong relationships with global media platforms, understand the unique services/offerings of each, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts,
  • Educate internal teams (marketing, sales, brand etc.) on digital media advertising strategies, tactics, trends and best practices.
