QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Teleperformance has the largest footprint in the industry with 274 contact centers, presence in 62 countries, servicing over 75 markets and 22 Nearshore and Offshore locations, over 182,000 people in 75 languages. Teleperformance Turkey has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Software Development Manager  to work at İstanbul Flatofis.

Skills & Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics and other engineering departments
     
  • Fluent in English
     
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MS SQL, MS Business Intelligence Tools, MS Visual Studio
     
  • Experience in MS Dynamics, CRM, MS Office Sharepoint Server
     
  • Software development on .NET platform.   (C Sharp, C#, VB.Net etc…)
     
  • Knowledge of Javascript, Ajax,  XML, Web Services
     
  • Knowledge of call center metrics and processes
     
  • Experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Project Design and Implementation processes
     
  • Solution oriented business minded and analytic
     
  • Good team management skills
     
  • Completed military service for male candidates
     


İŞ TANIMI

 
  • Responsible for leading, and managing a team which supports Contact Centre's business needs.
     
  • Identify and assess business requirements and supporting technologies.
     
  • Collaborate with other teams to establish a complete and satisfactory solution.
     
  • Leverage and enhance the reporting capabilities of existing systems.
     
  • Responsible for providing business analysis identifying key business drivers.
     
  • Analyze, plan and design projects according to business needs
     
  • Project implementation
