We will be seeking for a '’Sales Manager' to join the team of our international client operating in retail industry at Q1,2018.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university,
• At least 10 years of proven and successful sales experience, in Telco/Retail/FMCGenvironment 
• High ability to create and maintain excellent relationships with customers and within the overall business organization,
•  Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Fluent in English and Turkish both verbal and written,
•  Lead and develop a highly professional and effective sales team,
• Open and clear communication skills with willingness to travel.

İŞ TANIMI

• To build close relations with customers and expanding customer portfolio,
• To ensure realization of department KPIs.
• To develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements,
• To identify and develop new sales opportunities,
• To conduct sales negotiations,
• Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency,
• To prepare monthly forecast both for demand and operative planning,
• To collect and analyse data on markets/customers/competitors,
• To attend conferences, exhibitions and other events that may have a positive impact on the brand or customer with sales team.
