Graduated from engineering Department
Min. 8 years telecommunications experience
Min. 4 years telecommunication or GSM network operation management experience.
Knowledge and experience on planning and Optimization tools
Strong in analytical thinking, problem solving and conflict management
Good communication skills, engagement with internal stakeholders in cross-fuctional organization
Advanced level in English

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Network Plannig and Optimization Manager-Bursa with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to South Marm.&West B.Sea Tech.Reg.Sn.Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

To plan and optimize the radio network for the SOUTH MARMARA Region in line with the Network strategy. This is done within the framework given by central Network RAN plan in line with the facts of region to achieve the agreed KPI and SLAs for the Region.
Accountable for the 2G , 3G and LTE network development plans to achive the target coverage, capacity and quality KPI’s and BTK network obligations, together with regional sales and central planning(Network RAN).
Ensure the planning of 2G , 3G and LTE network and the performing of site,cell selection activities for target KPIs.
Ensure the planning of existing and new BSC’s and HUB points.
Ensure required parameter settings and hardware optimisation for both 2G , 3G and LTE sites to achieve the target KPIs.
Ensure the planning of 2G , 3G and LTE network.
Ensure the requesting of needs for rerouting,capacity,leased line, fiber optic and A-ter.
Ensure the management of EMF issues to prevent site acquisiton/renewal problems or BTK penalties.
Ensure the partipicate of 2G , 3G and LTE site,cell TSS (Technical Site Survey).
Ensure the planning approval of BTK form.
•Ensure the performing of 2G , 3G and LTE network reports.
Ensure the forming of all necessary frequency and parameters related to the site to be on aired.
Ensure the keeping,updating documantation and reporting of 2G , 3G and LTE network elements, (e.g. BSC, RNC,HUB points,site,cell, frequency, parameters,antenna and information).
Ensure the response of customer complaints with time concern
Ensure the performing of drive tests for 2G , 3G and LTE network to solve customer complaints.
Ensure the best parameter settings and hardware optimisation for both 2G , 3G and LTE sites to achieve the target KPIs.
Ensure the forming of all necessary frequency and parameters related to the site to be optimized.
Ensure the optimization of 2G , 3G and LTE to achive highest network availibility figures with redundancy.
Ensure the optimization of 2G , 3G and LTE plans to reach most efficient network.
Ensure the detailed study of drive test results and planning required optimization activities of 2G , 3G and LTE network accordingly.
Ensure the performing and analyzing of drive tests result to optimize 2G , 3G and LTE network to solve customer complaints.
Review the network performance in the region through all quality and performance reports; and ensures necessary actions are taken to sustain & improve the quality of the network.
Ensure all operation in the Region is in line with the Security and Health & Safety guidelines.
Represent VF to all local government and public bodies in the region to ensure that all required licenses and permissions are completed on time (e.g. governor, municipality, forest management, TT, BTK)
Manage strong relations with the vendors in the region
Manage effective and strong relations with all the internal stakeholders to improve the performance of the region according to the technology strategies & plans.

Manage the human resources in the Regional Planning and Optimization Section effectively by ensuring
Headcount planning is prepared and realised for the Regional Planning and Optimization Section in line with the business strategies & plans
The performance objectives are set, reviewed & executed in line with company & technology objectives;
Performance is evaluated according to the company guidelines
People development plans are prepared and executed
High potentials of the Regional Planning and Optimization Section are identified and development plans are followed
Succession plans are prepared and realised
People survey results are analysed and necessary actions are planned and taken for the improvement required areas
Coaching & role modelling his/her direct reports to improve people management skills compliance with health & safety rules and procedures
Ensures the planning and optimization of the network is managed with cost efficiency.
Regular customer visits together with regional sales representatives
