QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for ambitious 'CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Power Systems Division in Kartal location with below qualifications;
- University degree in Management, Economics or related fields,
- 3-5 years of related work experience,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP (Project module),
- Good command of English,
- Military service completed for male applicants.
İŞ TANIMI
The candidate will have responsibilities below;
- Generate invoices in SAP,
- Create and follow up new orders & change orders in SAP,
- Create and follow up Work Break Down Structure in SAP,
- Create and follow up bill of deliveries,
- Project follow-up through SAP in coordination with Project Managers,
- Generate regular reports from SAP,
- Create and follow up purchase requisitions in SAP,
- Follow up of receivables in coordination with accounting,
- Booking and analysis of man-hours,
- Supporting cooperation between operations.
