QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Min. 3-4 years experience in Marketing Research, with good command of market research methodologies, preferably both quantitative and qualitative
  • Experience in a similar position at a consumer oriented (Consumer Goods) company is a must
  • Multi-geography experience at a large multinational company is highly preferred
  • Understanding Middle Eastern and African consumer markets is highly preferred
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields
  • Fluency in English is must; German, Arabic and any major African languages preferred
  • Experience in efficient report preparation and presentation techniques,
  • Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), 
  • Self motivation and willingness to work in various research - development areas,
  • No obligation for military service (for male candidates)
  • No travel restrictions (estimated 20-30% travel)


İŞ TANIMI

  • To lead and coordinate all market research activity for the geography  under responsibility (Middle East, Africa)
  • Travel and participate to the research field work wherever needed
  • Lead periodic studies and ad hoc projects working with a variety of internal stakeholders and external agencies in Turkey and across different countries
  • To design market research briefs, supervise the execution of the study, evaluate the results and improve effectiveness
  • To carry out daily communication with research suppliers and closely follow up issues / requests of internal stakeholders
  • Support Business / Strategic planning processes within Regional Strategic Marketing function
  • Provide relevant decision making information to management (Macro/Microeconomic insights, at local and regional levels)
  • Support other Consumer Research team members whenever needed for geographies and functions that are out of core responsibility
