İŞ TANIMI

• Prepare a monthly reconciliation file for the Statement of financial position items 
• Prepare a monthly reconciliation for Statement of Comprehensive Income carrying out the analysis on the objectivity of the GLs.  
• Integrating manual postings, provisions, prepaid expenses in the ERP system 
• Integrated the manual reallocations as per the nature of the expense
• Running the depreciation cycle for all the noncurrent & current assets
• Physical verification of warehouse damage, expired items of all locations
• Carry out the stock count to ensure all stock recorded is physically present in the locations
• Checking & clearing the returns issues of Sales Team of all locations
• Daily review of all types of returns & unposted documents of all locations
• Reconciling the items of Dry, Chiller & Frozen items (Checking & clearing of documents related to reconciliation items)
• Carry out the month end/year end closing to ensure the results are released on timely basis
• Recording of intercompany loans & FOREX bookings 
• Booking of payroll bookings based on any reductions or any addition as per the cost centers. 
• Booking of any unrealized profit based on the last day delivery
