We are seeking a Market Research & Intelligence Senior Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work Marketing Function, reporting to Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
Conduct market research to determine customer needs and impressions for relevant internal functions; design survey instruments and coordinate the collection of data; compile information, analyze results and prepare reports setting forth customer attitudes and trends and appropriate marketing recommendations and conclusions.
- Meet with internal teams to negotiate and agree research projects
- Supervise teams to prepare research brief format, refine briefs and commission research to outsource research agencies
- Formulate a plan/proposal via working with research agency which addresses I a proper way the requirement and presenting it to the team or senior management
- Lead the research agency by giving support and supervision to their activities to deliver efficient reports and outcomes and to ensure high level of quality.
- Prepare executive summary reports and present results
- Provide insightful analysis to ensure effective understanding and interpretation of research results both pro-actively and reactively
- Provide recommendation about the local market conditions and research methodologies to advance the project objective and the research output.
