QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Sales Manager, the main responsibility of Sales Executive is to be involved in increasing revenue by converting prospects to the CHEP program.

Qualifications & Experience:
• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
• Min.3 years B2B sales experience in multinational environment (preferably in Supply Chain / FMCG / Retail sectors)
• Turkey FMCG Market Knowledge will be plus
• Strong Command of English is required
• Driven for results
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Ability to deliver and develop presentations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Business aggressiveness
• Some overnight travel may be required
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• Ability to use CRM tools and MS Office Programs ( Excel/PowerPoint, etc.)

• Follow up on new leads and referrals from existing internal/external customers
• Prepare presentations, proposals
• Develop new markets
• Supply chain mapping & value chain analysis
• Update CRM records
• Customer pricing strategies and practices
