due to growth we are looking for a "recruitment consultant - engineering division"  at Randstad Istanbul Levent Branch.

• university degree,
• good command of English,
• engineering industry knowledge is must,
• minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment industry as a consultant and/or in B2B sales function,
• no military service obligation for male candidates,
• having valid driving license,active driver is must.

İŞ TANIMI

• ensure that close relationship with client portfolio is established by carrying out continuous visits to existing and new clients,
• use most appropriate methods and resources to find the best match with existing vacancies,
• conduct face to face interviews with the candidates,
• contribute to unit branch profitability.
