Voice Systems Engineer

We are looking for an engineer who is willing to be expert in the area of the "Voice Systems" and would like to be part of a team who is maintaining the IT.

•             BS or MS in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science or related engineering disciplines

•             Basic knowledge of Voice Systems (PBXs, Voice Recording Systems, Videoconference, CDR etc.)

•             Basic knowledge of VoIP, IP Telephony, IP, TCP/IP, SIP, SIP trunking, H323 etc. protocols

•             Basic knowledge of Windows Servers and Linux/UNIX OS

•             Basic knowledge of Network Technologies

•             Basic knowledge of Mobile Technologies

•             Basic knowledge of SQL

•             Preferably knowledge of Genesys Contact Center Solutions

•             Preferably knowledge of Alcatel IP Telephony Solutions

•             Preferably knowledge of Nice Voice Recording Solutions

•             Preferably knowledge of WebRTC and open source voice systems

•             Good team player, result oriented attitude and analytical mind

•             Being dynamic and competent with busy and flexible working hours

•             Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

•             Good command of written and spoken English

•             Eager to learn, especially for unexperienced candidates

•             Male candidates should have no military obligations or postponed for at least two years

•             Installation, management and maintenance of media gateways and SBCs

•             Installation, management and maintenance of IP and TDM based PBXs

•             Installation, management and maintenance of Voice Recording Systems

•             Installation, management and maintenance of Video Conferencing Systems

•             Investigation, evaluation and implementation of new technologies

•             Working in cooperation with other units in projects
