• Bachelor’s Degree of; technology engineering, computer engineering, interactive design, media arts or equivalent education
• 3+ years relevant industry experience
• Native English speaker
• Strong experience designing interactive web systems and mobile developments
• Wide knowledge set of AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Data Management, Cloud, Wearables, VR, AR
• Native development knowledge with complex APIs – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and 3rd party SDKs
• Being an expert on emerging technology & trends, and help others understand potential pitfalls and opportunities
• Having an inquisitive interest in the latest development techniques and libraries. Experience of constructing and developing on a technology stack that meets the needs of rapid prototyping
• Have a good knowledge of branded technologies, social media and digital platforms
• Fluency in the principles of user-centered design methods, information architecture, usability, interface and interaction design
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking planning capabilities
• Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build and maintain great relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through a comfortability in presenting work and actively gathering feedback, both internally and with clients
• Self motivated and willing to expand knowledge
• Capability to work on simultaneous projects and meets tight deadlines
• Completed military service or postponed at least 2 years for male candidates

• Creating innovative and tech based ideas both for brands and the business units
• Managing all digital projects, strategic and creative process
• Being an active member of the design team, contributing to every phase of the project with technical innovation, validation, and turning into reality
• Working closely with project development team to ensure successful execution of the design vision
• Organizing, handling meetings with relevant business units, collecting insights
• Developing a culture of excellence around the creative use of technology beyond advertising and marketing
• Following and focusing on innovative solutions and experiences
• Making regular presentations on the upcoming technology, trends and innovation research for staff
• Engaging with experts and thought leaders across technology disciplines to gain knowledge to drive innovative services
