• Experience in production planning process
• Experience in manufacturing process (food industry)
• 2 years experience in material requirement planning (MRP) or procurement area
• Experience in SAP (module PP and MM) is an advantage
• English: Business proficiency

• Portuguese: advantage
• Knowledge about warehouse/logistic/inventory management
• Good understand about controlling area
• Knowledge in manufacturing process

İŞ TANIMI

Manage the direct materials for BANVİT, planning, requesting, following up and controlling the deliveries, avoiding lack of materials or excess of stocks, in order to ensure the production of the goods and maintain the inventory level according to controlling norms.
 

Run MRP and plan the direct materials according to the requirements

Open purchase requisition for direct materials, according to the requirements

Preventive follow up with the supplier, to ensure that all materials will reach the factory on time and in full

Check, analyze, evaluate the warehouse capacity and space usage, to avoid lack of space in direct materials warehouse

Follow the controlling norms in terms of inventory level of direct materials

Coordinate the deliveries of products in the factory (last step of delivery) along logistic/quality assurance/planning/production team

Manage the aging of the materials, prioritizing the FEFO, providing action plan for those materials that can expire before consumption

Analyze the minimum order quantity, evaluating the impact in the level of inventory and cost of the products

Analyze/define/update the safety stock for all direct materials

Ensure that all direct materials will be in stock before the production, working to avoid lack or shortage of materials
