• Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience on different functions of supply chain management and planning in a management consulting firm or a leading consumer business / manufacturing company (consumer packaged goods, consumer products or manufacturing)
• Strong knowledge of some or all of the following areas of Supply Chain Management: demand and supply planning, sales and operations planning, working capital / inventory management, collaborative planning, production planning / scheduling, order to cash cycle.
• Hands on project experiences on supply chain management, operational excellence, business process improvement is a plus.
• Experience of supply chain management software (e.g. SAP APO, Oracle SNO, JDA, SAS, etc.) is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint (experiences in process mapping, process documentation, data analysis applications is a plus)
• Experience with statistical data models and is a plus
• A strong academic record from a well-recognized institution, having a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is a plus
• Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (MSc) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus
• Knowing what you want from a career in consulting with a strong motive to learn and grow in a demanding business environment
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken, including presentation skills
• No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 2 years

İŞ TANIMI

• Being part of collaborative engagement teams through leading work-streams or small teams on projects;
• Participate in the development of best-in-class supply chain planning assessment, strategy formulation, operational design and implementation projects;
• Identify client opportunities, author client deliverables and present findings at the senior client level;
• Work collaboratively with client personnel leveraging their resources and knowledge to achieve project goals and complete deliverables on-time;
• Delivering tasks on time and within budget and in line with client expectations
• Delivering multiple pieces of work in parallel, both client facing and internal
• Supporting practice development activities
• Supporting sales activities and development of engagement proposals to assist clients in improving their supply chain performance;
• Participate in firm recruiting events to help the practice attract highly talented team members
• Supporting development of the Deloitte business, brand and reputation

• Designing strategic business models: helping clients determine the optimum business or commercial model to more effectively deliver their objectives;
• Designing operating models: helping clients create the optimal business architecture for successful strategy execution, by answering questions such as which functions to share, how to determine the budget/size of the functions, and where and by whom the operations should be performed, etc.;
• Optimizing supply chain: helping clients optimize the procurement of materials, manufacturing of products, and transportation of these goods. Our service span includes supply chain strategy & organization; integrated planning; network design; sourcing management; manufacturing and distribution management; and measuring supply chain performance
• Developing supply chain optimization models: understanding the client specific problems and developing executable solutions from academic literature as an optimization scientist
• Developing business cases: helping client decision-makers by demonstrating the value and priority of initiatives based on the objectives and expected results as well as presenting performance indicators and targets to be used for proactive realisation of the business and behavioural change.
