QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Degree qualified in a Science or an Engineering discipline
Management Degree
Significant experience of IP Network planning and design activities
Deep understanding of Data network Security.
Good understanding of GSM, GPRS, VoIP & Signaling.
Fluent English
Excellent Problem solving skills
Technical qualification in a network related subject and relevant accreditations from network supplier
Significant experience in network infrastructure essentially in MPLS, Traffic Engineering, QoS
Hands-on experience with Cisco high end Routers
People Management experience

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a IP CPN and Trasnport Planning Senior Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Head Of Network Planning&Optimization of Vodafone Turkey.

Manage design solutions and planning guidelines to enable efficient and standardised deployment, expansion, and connectivity service creation for the backbone network.
Working with VTAS Global to develop end to end solutions for VTAS key services
Capacity management of the E2E IP MPLS Network infrastructure to ensure that adequate capacity is available to meet traffic demands
Manage design solutions and planning guidelines to enable efficient and standardised deployment, expansion, and connectivity service creation for the backbone network.
Working with VTAS Global to develop end to end solutions for VTAS key services
Capacity management of the E2E IP MPLS Network infrastructure to ensure that adequate capacity is available to meet traffic demands
Ensure that all aspects of the IP Network infrastructure are resilient and that resilience is foremost in the minds of the Engineers from planning to implementation stages.
Design, Deploy and Capacity Management of Datacenter active network
Manage design solutions for all IT enterprise and Call Centre Services.
Improve KPIs as per VTAS Global Standard and define SLA.
Project management of the project related to the network and Network security.
Interaction with other departments to understand their needs and take the necessary actions.
Understanding and Providing IT services network infrastructure requirements
Manage L3 support to L1 and L2 team for solving complex and critical problems.
Co-ordinate with other planning teams solve complex issues and all details for the roll out of Technology department
Takes all proactive actions to guaranty that all Network and Network Security of VTAS works without any disconnection with high performance
Responsible for co-ordinating patch and firmware management of network infrastructure.
In collaboration with Purchase dept evaluation and selection of Network vendor
In collaboration with Information Security team & CPN Operations, to draft a secure data network policy
Manage assessment of threats and their impacts on network infrastructure for new projects.
Manage, Motivate, Coach and develop own staff
Periodic review of team activities.
Budget all the projects related to networks and Network Security.
Preparing Business Case and get it approve by Upper management
