What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics and related fields
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, contracting and/or foreign trade
* Specialization and/or additional education in Project Management, Claim&Contract

Management, Foreign Trade will be an asset
* Good command of English
* Good command of SAP
* Knowledge of international and Turkish law, basic accounting, IFRS
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, contracting and/or foreign trade businesses

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For our Building Technologies Division,  we are looking for a Commercial Project Manager (CPM). This role will be responsible for commercially steering of mainly small project as well as completion of all commercial and legal tasks as described in PM@Siemens Guideline during all project execution phases. As apartner to the Project Manager, CPM is responsible for the achievement of Project Targets.

What are my responsibilities?
*  Take role in preparation of legal and commercial conditions of contracts & L/C's with clients, consult with partners and suppliers.
* Maintain conformity of a project with commercial rules, standards and related law
* Classify and control project costs, execute cost analysis with PM
* Prepare and present project commercial data for commercial and financial audit purposes
* Evaluate and provide project related commercial data for forecasting and budgeting
* Manage all project insurances as well as currency risks and opportunities of the project
* Follow-up guarantees, bonds, accruals, accounting documents and all receivables
* Manage and report project financial result

What else do I need to know?
* Military service should be completed for male candidates.
