·         University degree in engineering,
·         Min. 10 years of experience, with min. 5 years of management experience,
·         Excellent level of English both written and verbal,
·         Effective leadership skills,
·         Quality system experience (i.e. ISO9000, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001),
·         Team building and problem solving,
·         Customer Quality system requirements,
·         Good written and verbal communication skills,
·         Quality system auditing,
·         Customer product launch experience.

İŞ TANIMI

·         Provide Leadership for quality improvement activities in the facility,
·         Manage customer visit and interface with customers in both formal and informal settings,
·         Oversee Quality launch activities for new programs per customer requirements,
·         Manage PPAP, APQP process for new launches,
·         Oversee the Quality auditing and inspection process of the production floor and incoming inspection, including the training and supervision of Quality Auditors,
·         Coordinates and supervises the day to day activities of the quality function on the shop floor and coordinate RCCA process,
·         Manage KPIs, trends, Quality System effectiveness, and continuous improvement,
·         Oversee the ongoing development and training of policies and procedures relative to Quality Management Systems,
·         Manage the internal audit system to assure that Integrated Management Systems is running,
·         Participate in external Quality Management Systems audits ,
·         Oversee the Corrective and Preventative Actions program,
·         Responsible to communicate in all aspects of customer requirements and concerns and acting as the customer representative.
