SENIOR VISUAL DESIGNER

• BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial),
• At least 5 years of professional visual design experience for digital products and devices, with strong skills (layout, hierarchy, typography, color theory, patterns),
• Strong knowledge of Adobe CS5 products, also PowerPoint / Keynote,
• Illustration, photography, or diagrammatic expertise (information visualization) will be plus,
• Extreme attention to detail,
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a team-focused attitude,
• Experience in working in an iterative process and professionally accept art direction and feedback,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

• Designs for users, know usability and take user-centered approach to design,
• Works closely with Interaction Designers, but doesn’t just paint the wireframes, also improves actual user experience together with them,
• Works in cooperation with stakeholders, end users, project managers, analysts and developers to produce high-end digital design solutions and interactive concepts,
• Creates and manages visual assets and “look & feel guide” for iOS, Android, and web products and services.
