• Bachelor’s degree from Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineer or similar departments
• Written and oral fluency in English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel administrative operations and payroll,
• Expertise in Labor Law, Social Security and related legislations (expatriation transaction knowledge is an asset)
• Knowledge and experience of compensation practices and disciplines,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications (NETSIS Payroll Program knowledge is an asset),
• Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills
• A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description
• Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
• Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interact with people from various countries, cultures and all business levels
• Good team player with strong problem solving skills
• Completed military service for male candidates

• Execute hiring transactions in line with legal requirements,
• Track all type of leave forms,
• Track annual leave process and executing year end reconciliations,
• Track medical absenteeism report and recording in SGK online site,
• Execute personnel starting & leave off time process,
• Execute expat processes coordination with consulting firm,
• Track private health insurance process,
• Administer personnel file archiving processes,
• Inform legal authorities (İŞKUR etc) periodically,
• Calculate third party wages.
