QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Product Development HR team at our R&D Center in Istanbul. Our new team member will;
•University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, etc.
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, performance management  and HR reporting
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner
•Proactively take initiative to identify and anticipate business needs and make recommendations for implementation
•Ability to set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a good team player
•Analytical thinking, paying attention to details
•Self-disciplined and motivated
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent command of verbal and written English
•Advanced Microsoft Office programs knowledge
•Completed military service for male applicants

İŞ TANIMI

•Responsible for all functions of human resources disciplines including recruitment, performance management, career and succession planning etc.
•Responsible for preparing periodical HR Reports and other ad-hoc reports
•Taking an active role in HR projects and contributing to the improvement of all HR activities and processes
•Facilitating the execution of HR systems & processes and increasing the awareness within the company
•Conducting the whole recruitment operations such as searching resumes via career portals, fulfilling phone interviews and organizing interviews
•Consulting line managers in career management, performance management, recruitment, retaining, succession planning, talent management, organizational change and tailor made development processes and taking related actions, providing HR guidance

Preferred Candidate

1 - 6 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
