• University degree in related fields,
• Fluent French or Arabic and English is a must, Turkish is an asset,
• Valid experience in sales of technical consumer goods in North African countries,
• Excellent intercultural, interpersonal, problem solving, communication skills,
• Customer oriented, analytical minded and believes in team working.

İŞ TANIMI

• Preparing strategic development plans to sustain and enhance BSH market share in North Africa,
• Acquisition, development and maintenance of distributors according to BSH strategy,
• Monitoring of distributors actual sales, stock data and sales forecast, submitting necessary sales action to Headquarters in order to boost sales and gain market shares,
• Observing and reporting  market developments and dynamics (competitors and retail), initiating necessary actions to remain in line with the business plan,
• Organizing and coordinating necessary product, sales and after sales trainings
• Checking product display and maintaining the usage of appropriate communication instruments (brand stores, shop in shop, leaflets, brochures, POS material etc.),
• Preparing monthly sales plans with the involved parties in BSH and presenting them to management,
• Paying monthly visits to distributors.
