- Minimum 3-4 years of experiences in HR is a must

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Cops HR Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Head of Customer Operations&Online Srv of Vodafone Turkey.
- Keeps the organization charts are up to date on a monthly basis & during HC planning period. Takes role in organizational change processes.
- Implementation of organizational changes based on the change plan; Completion of the relevant change actions on time. Prepares the announcement for launch of change.
- Supports HRBP for periodic HR budget planning & follows up budgeted headcounts for M3 and below bands.
- Advices / supports decision about reporting line & title change; executes the required action across the relevant IT systems on time.
- Prepares the updated organizational structure documents and informs HR MIS for the system changes.
- Checks if location change or any additional seating capacity is required.
- Sends information e-mails to HR MIS & HR Employee Services for leavers, role changes and follows up for the system changes.
- Helps to prepare justification forms for promotion requests and band changes.
- Tracks vacant roles for M3 and below bands and informs line manager regarding the status during the process
- Keeps the ‘ready to move’ data up to date for quarterly periods & makes sure employee datas (previous experiences, background, time in position, PD ..etc) are complete & accurate.
- Facilitates the completion of the development plans (PIP) for P&I s on time & tracks P&I employees during the year.
- Ensures probation period evaluation form has been filled properly and tracks for 2 & 6 months period with line manager
- Conducts exit interviews for M3 and below bands and prepares exit interview reports and turnover analysis studies
- Tracks termination process for the people whom has been identified as leavers from a to z and informs HRBP and line manager regarding their status
