- Preferably Huawei PTN, RTN , OSN , ATN & U2000 , M2000 knowledge
- Preferably SDH systems knowledge
- Preferably Project Management Experience is a plus

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a TX Support Field Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Maintenance Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- To maintain the radio and backhaul network for the region in line with the Network strategy. This is done within the framework given by central management in line with the facts of region to achieve agreed KPI and SLAs for the Region.
- To build the radio and backhaul network for the region in line with the Network strategy.
- Accountable for the MSP management according to the agreed SLA’s.
- Ensure the performance of the MSP are managed effectively and necessary proactive actions are taken on time and in line with the agreements & procedures.
- Ensure site inventory and update.
- Ensure material governance for all sites.
- Ensure the approval and control operational revision and replacement activities for auxiliary equipments(e.g. energy, battery backup, air conditioning)
- Ensure the request (WOR) and approval of MSP network outages and cutovers.
- Ensure the performing and controlling of periodical maintenance activities via MSP.
- Ensure the performing, controlling and to keep documentation of site acceptance tests.
- Ensure the overcome Level2 and Level3 urgent maintenance problems
- Ensure the control and approval of site electricity bills over MSP
- To Lead region maintenance and support the rollout processes
- To report region maintenance and rollout processes
- Ensure all operation in the Region including 3rd party staff is in line with the Security and Health & Safety guidelines of VFTR.
- Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
