Transformation & PMO Supervisor

DIGITURK

• Degree in related areas from a reputable university, MBA or Master’s degree is a plus,
• At least 6 years of relevant experience,
• Peope management skill is a plus,
• Proven experience in Project Management, with experience in process improvement, resource utilization, project analysis,
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders,
• Preferably knowledge on PMP methodologies,
• Excellent command of English,
• Visionary and customer-driven attitude,
• Excellent communication skill,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, multitasking and goal driven,
• Strong organization and coordination skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input from client and project team, in terms of quality and communications,
• Facilitate all transformation projects, global and local new projects development, adaptation and implementation,
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders,
• Create and maintain reports on any deviations and risks in delivery of the initiatives,
• Provide project support under the guidance of Transformation & Project Management Office Manager for Medium/Large projects, provide independent PM support for Small/Medium projects,
• This position reports to Transformation & Project Management Office Manager.
